Data Deletion Instructions

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from Prezence. This page explains how to do it.

How to request deletion of your data

  1. Send an email to contactus@prznce.com.
  2. Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request (so we can process your request quickly).
  3. Include in your message:
    • The email address and/or phone number associated with your Prezence account
    • Your full name (if different from the account)
    • A clear statement that you want your account and personal data deleted
  4. We will confirm receipt and process your request in line with applicable law. Deletion is typically completed within 30 days. We will email you when it is done.

What we delete

When you request deletion, we will delete or anonymize the personal data we hold about you, including account information, profile data, attendance records linked to you, and other data we process as described in our Privacy Policy. Some data may be retained where required by law (e.g., for legal or accounting purposes) or kept in anonymized form.

Data held by third parties

If you have used features that involve third-party services (for example WhatsApp or other Meta services), those providers may also hold data about you. We do not control their data. To request deletion of data held by them, you must follow their own processes:
